    Shipping Information

     

    Where can we ship?

    We can ship orders worldwide. International orders may sometimes require additional information or verification before shipping, and may take longer to be dispatched. All domestic and international orders will ship via the United States Postal Service. We can ship to APO addresses, but please allow extra time for the order to ship.

    When will my order ship?

    Online orders that require printed graphics are printed to order when they are received so we can provide the best selection of designs. Most graphic orders will typically ship within 2 to 3 business days, but could take up to 5 business days if we are experiencing heavy order volume. Non-printed apparel and accessories typically ship the same day if your order is placed by noon (eastern time), although same day shipping is not guaranteed. If your order contains both printed graphics and non-printed apparel and/or accessories, your order will ship together when your printed graphics are completed. If your order is time-sensitive and needs to ship on the day that the order is placed, we recommend emailing us before you place your order to verify that it will ship by the date you require.

    How do I track my order?

    Once your items are in Shipped status, a tracking number is generated and you will receive a Shipment Notification email. You will be able to use the tracking number in your Shipment Notification email.

     

    Returns and Exchanges

     

    What is eligible for a return or exchange?

    Online purchases must either be received by LAMP APPAREL, or postmarked, within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original unworn, unwashed condition and all packaging and tags must be intact and included. It is at our discretion to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt on a case-by-case basis. Gift cards along with sale/clearance items and seasonal items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Return procedures

    To return your product, follow our hassle-free automated system on our returns page. When that is complete mail the item(s) with the packing list to:

    Please be sure to write the RA number that you receive from the automated system on the outside of the package and on the packing slip.

    You may also return an item at our storefront location if it is within the 30 days of receipt and you have a copy of the packing list/order form.

    If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item, follow our hassle-free automated system on our returns page. Be sure to write in the notes what item you would like to exchange for. If it is a printed graphic we can typically have it ready to send back to you upon receipt of the exchanged item. Send your item with the original packing list and a note of what you would like exchanged to:

    LAMP APPAREL items purchased from other retailers

    Returns or exchanges must be handled with the retailer from which the item(s) were originally purchased according to that specific retailer's returns policy. LAMP APPAREL can only facilitate returns for orders placed through lampapparel.com.
